Last week I came across a peculiar question from one of my patients Mr Rahul. Rahul said, "I'm having pain in my tooth Doc, can you help me?" I said, "I said sure Rahul let me have a look". When I peeked in, I was baffled! Rahul was a middle-aged man, with a heavy build. Rahul had a few missing teeth and a broken tooth in the lower back region, which was troubling him.
